Order cancellation by online customer 

Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order within 24 hours, except weekends and holidays,

If your order has already shipped, you can return your order to us in the original shipping package if the merchandise is unworn, unwashed and undamaged in accordance with our return policy.

Upon our receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund your credit card or Pink Ice Points.
