We at Pink Ice want you to have a comfortable time shopping with us online so if you for any reason believe the merchandise you received was not right for you we will gladly accept it back, as long as it follows our Return and Exchange policy.
Please remember that our Return and Exchange Policy described below apply only to online purchases made through www.pinkice.com.

Hats, tube tops, cosmetics, accessories, jewelry, swimwear, intimates and items marked as "Final Sale" or "Sale Items" are FINAL SALE and therefor cannot be returned for exchange, PI point credits or refunds.

All returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, with price tags intact and it must include the original invoice in order to receive a refund, PI point credits or exchange.

Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged for returns, exchanges, or PI point credits or will not be accepted.

All returns past 30 days will not be accepted and will become a FINAL SALE.

Damaged or Merchandise Inaccuracy

Any items that were defective or the merchandise you received was incorrect from your original invoice may be exchanged.
Check off the appropriate box from your invoice and explain briefly why you are returning the merchandise to us.
Your shipping cost will be reimbursed to your credit card and we will gladly replace your merchandise.
The shipping costs to send back your correct order will be on us!
For all merchandise that is returned to our customers for exchange will be sent UPS ground mail when we return your order, not the actual amount you spent. If your item is out of stock then we will refund the amount back in the manner it was purchased.

For refunds, PI point credit or exchanges purchased online, please send by mail to the address provided.
You will be responsible for the postage of returning the merchandise to us and your original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit card to be credited and 1-2billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.


return & exchange

We will only exchange different sizes for the same item and color. Please indicate on the return form by writing, which items are to be exchanged. Once Pink Ice receives your return back for an exchange we will check our inventory to fulfill the exchange request.
If your item is sold out, your exchange will become a return and we will provide a refund in the form of the tender in which your purchase was originally made.


Refund on merchandise bought with PI Points are as follows

Purchases made with PI Points are NON-REFUNDABLE. When you purchase your merchandise 30% with PI Points and 70% with your credit card, your refund will be credited back on your credit card less the PI Points useed.

If you purchase 4 items for $100 in merchandise and used $5 in PI Points ($100 - $5 PI Points = $95 total charged), then you returned two items back worth $50 for a refund.
Your refund will follow $50 less $5 in PI Points for a total of $45 refund.

Refund : Return amount - Full amount of PI Points used = Total Refund


Undeliverable Orders / Corrections to Shipping

Pink Ice will impose a $10 fee for any undeliverable order and corrections to shipping addresses caused by customer error. Undeliverable orders include not being able to sign for an order that comes by our shipper, misspelled shipping addresses, or any fault of the customer causing Pink Ice shipper not being able to complete the delivery of the order.

NOTE: We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back merchandise.
