Can I make purchases through phone order, fax or mail?

Sorry, at the moment we're only accepting orders online.


How can I check up on my purchase?

You'll receive an Invoice/Order number at the end of your purchase.
With your Invoice/Order number you can check up on your order information anytime.


Can I cancel an order after I place it?

You can only cancel an order if it has not been packaged, otherwise you will have to accept the package and send it back.  If you refuse the package once it is delivered, you will be charged $10.  


What forms of payment does Pink Ice accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.


How does your sales tax work to purchase online?

The Federal Government requires we collect state tax from states where we have a physical presence.

A store, warehouse or contact center is a physical presence but presently we're only located in California.
